Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager with a minimum of two years' experience as a Chef or Sous Chef. This is an opportunity for a culinary professional who thrives in high-volume enviroments, values consistency and accountability and wants meaningful influence in the direction of a well-established business.
Our restaurant offers stable ownership with four decades of experience at our current location. We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step - not just a job, but a long term opportunity with potential for future mangement and ownership of both the business and the property.
Responsibilities:
> Oversee all kitchen operstions
> Maintain quality and consistency in all menu items
> Lead full menu development
> Manage, mentor and train all BOH staff
> Maintain safety and sanitation standards
> Manage food costs and ordering
What We're Looking For:
> Minimum 2 years' experience as Chef or Sou Chef
> Strong high-volume kitchen experience
> Proven leadership and team development skills
