A thriving private practice in West Plains, Missouri is seeking a Dental Associate to join our growing team. With 20 team members and expanded function assistants supporting production, we offer a strong clinical environment and modern technology.

West Plains is a bustling town that is a shopping and medical hub of south central Missouri with a Community College and many scenic floating rivers and outdoor activities galore.

Schedule

• 4 days per week
• Flexible hours available
• Reports to one location only

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
• Perform extractions and basic exodontia procedures
• Diagnose conditions and present treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality, patient-focused care
• Collaborate with a highly skilled clinical team
• Utilize Open Dental software
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience
• Basic proficiency in extractions is required
• Team-oriented mindset
• Compassionate and patient-focused
• Strong communication skills

Pay & Compensation

• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000
• Total earning potential up to $600,000
• 32% of adjusted production
• $10,000 signing bonus
