Assist in assembly tasks and general production duties. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production outputs. Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete various tasks. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency in manufacturing processes. Essential Skills Experience with laser and machine operations. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Additional Skills & Qualifications Familiarity with sheet metal and metal fabrication processes. Experience in a general production environment. Comfortable with using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers. Why Work Here? Work Environment Work in a fairly clean metal fabrication manufacturing setting that is not climate controlled. We offer multiple shifts: 1st Shift from 6:50am to 3pm, 2nd Shift from 2:50pm to 11pm, and 3rd Shift from 10:50pm to 7am. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
