We are looking for skilled tradespeople who can work independently, understand job sequencing, and contribute to a well-organized crew. This is hands-on field work, primarily outdoors. Mason Requirements: Experience with block, brick, and stone work Tuckpointing and repair work preferred Ability to lay accurately and efficiently Understanding of proper prep, waterproofing interfaces, and tie-ins Carpenter Requirements: Framing and structural carpentry experience Repair and rebuild work Ability to read layouts and execute clean, precise work Understanding of how carpentry integrates with masonry and waterproofing General Expectations: Strong understanding of construction sequencing Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons Reliable transportation Professional attitude and solid work ethic Ability to work independently and with a team $30-$40 per hour (based on experience) Principals only.
