We are seeking a Supplier Development Quality Engineer to join one of our leading healthcare clients.
Job Description
The Supplier Development Quality Engineer is responsible for leading and supporting activities related to supplier selection, evaluation, and ongoing performance management. This role ensures that suppliers meet quality, regulatory, and business requirements through structured qualification and oversight processes.
Key responsibilities include material qualification, review and approval of supplier documentation, and oversight of receiving inspection processes to ensure compliance with established standards. The engineer will work cross-functionally with procurement, manufacturing, and quality teams to address supplier-related issues, drive corrective and preventive actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
This position also contributes to the development, implementation, and maintenance of supplier quality engineering methodologies, systems, and best practices. The role requires ensuring alignment with applicable regulatory requirements, internal quality standards, and industry guidelines while promoting supplier performance excellence and risk mitigation.
