This position is located at a Federally Qualified Health Center that serves diverse patient populations. The facility focuses on providing accessible healthcare services to underserved communities. Credentialing typically takes 30 days but may be completed in as little as 2-4 weeks.

The role demands two years of family medicine experience and expertise working with marginalized and vulnerable populations. COVID vaccination is mandatory, though legitimate exemptions may be considered, and candidates must have no malpractice history.
