We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead the migration of the Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) environment to Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid to Concord, NH (2 days onsite per week).
What Youll Do
Discovery & Assessment: Evaluate the current OBIEE environments architecture, content, and usage
Security & Identity Management: Redesign and implement security models for OAC, integrating Azure Entra ID
Functional Gap Analysis: Compare OBIEE functionality with OAC capabilities and address gaps
Migration Strategy & Planning: Define and execute a detailed migration plan with clear milestones
OAC & OCI Environment Setup: Provision and configure OAC environments
Backup & Risk Management: Perform and validate backups of OBIEE components
Data & Metadata Migration: Migrate and validate metadata, dashboards, and catalog content
Connectivity & Integrations: Configure and validate OAC data connections and caching strategies
Customizations & Extensions: Redesign unsupported custom functionalities in OAC
Testing & Validation: Conduct functional testing, UAT, and performance benchmarking
Go-Live Support: Ensure a smooth production rollout and provide hypercare support
Knowledge Transfer: Deliver comprehensive documentation and train DOIT staff
What Youll Need
Required:
Extensive experience with OBIEE to OAC migrations.
Hands-on OBIEE administration and development (RPD, Catalog, Security).
Proficiency in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) architecture and administration.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) expertise.
Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience, including Azure Entra ID integration.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.
Experience with BI migration tools, automation, and performance tuning.
Demonstrated ability to document and transfer knowledge effectively.
Preferred:
Proven ability to assess and redesign custom functionalities in OAC.
Experience working in a government or highly regulated environment.

Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
