Facilities Technician 5

Our client, a leading organization in the facilities management industry, is seeking a Facilities Technician 5 to join their team. As a Facilities Technician 5, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the operational excellence of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Facilities Technician 5

Location: 4641 Elizabeth Ave, Asheville, OH (On-site)

Pay Rate: 40- 44/hr

What's the Job?

• Monitor the facility to ensure it remains safe, secure, and well-maintained.
• Troubleshoot power, HVAC systems, controls, and mechanical systems.
• Perform general and preventative maintenance, including carpentry, plumbing, and vendor management.
• Replace lighting system bulbs and ballasts as needed.
• Move office furniture, machinery, equipment, and other materials as requested.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in facilities maintenance or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of machines and tools, including their design, use, repair, and maintenance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
