Pharmacist - Travel Job

We're hiring a licensed pharmacist for a contract position where youll use your clinical expertise to ensure the safe and thoughtful distribution of medications to individuals navigating a range of physical and mental health challenges. Minimum Requirements:

• Must have State License to Apply
• 6 months Pharmacist experience preferred
• EPIC experience
• Medication Reconciliation for discharge medication list
• Clinical knowledge in Antimicrobial Stewardship
• Anticoagulation Dosing Management/Monitoring experience

• Shift Type: Day (5x8)
