A multi-office professional services organization is seeking an HR Coordinator to support human resources and talent acquisition operations. This role provides essential administrative, scheduling, and coordination support across professional and administrative hiring, onboarding, and HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruiting activities for professional and administrative hires
  • Schedule interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring lifecycle
  • Assist with campus outreach efforts and early-career recruiting logistics
  • Post open positions across job boards and internal systems
  • Maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system and HR platforms
  • Track candidate evaluations and prepare materials for hiring discussions
  • Support pre-employment documentation and compliance processes
  • Prepare onboarding materials, orientation schedules, and new hire documentation
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and employee setup
  • Maintain confidential personnel and recruiting records
  • Assist with performance review preparation and internal HR initiatives
  • Support reporting, calendar management, and special projects as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in HR support, recruiting coordination, or administrative operations
  • Prior experience within professional services or the legal sector preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Professional communication style and comfort interacting with senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS or HRIS systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
