The essential responsibilities of the Tool Issue Repairer will report to General Foreman Tools and Equipment. Repair clean/ sharpen tools and equipment; issue tools/ equipment as needed. Receive/ verify shipments as needed; issue various tools/ equipment for electric, gas, water, and other Division crews. Operate drill press, grinding machine, steam cleaner and forklift; change blades in chippers as required. Cut specified lengths of pipe and rope; assemble/ repair grounding cable, chain hoists and binders. Prepare mixtures of fuels or chemicals, repair gas heaters and clean shop. Pick-up/ deliver tools and equipment. Operate Division vehicle and forklift. Perform other duties as directed.

Qualification Requirements :
To perform the Tool Issue Repairer role, you must:
-Must successfully complete Placement/Performance Exercises.
-Must have a valid driver's license from state of residence.

Physical Working Conditions:
Requires sedentary work involving standing or walking for brief periods, exerting up to 10 pounds or more of force on a regular basis.
