Zeal Med Staffing is proud to present an exciting Pediatric Dentist opportunity in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. This is a well-established, multi-doctor practice with strong patient flow, modern technology, and built-in referral opportunities from a neighboring multi-specialty clinic.

Will consider an experienced General Dentist comfortable treating pediatric patients if needed.

The Practice
Schedule: 4 Days per Week

Current Clinical Team:

• 4 General Dentists

• 1 Pediatric Dentist

• 2 Dental Assistants

• Multi-specialty clinic located next door (excellent referral synergy)

Technology & Systems:

• CBCT Imaging

• OpenDental EMR

• Implant Direct systems

• Modern, efficient workflow

This is a collaborative environment with strong internal referral potential and established patient demand for pediatric services.

Compensation & Benefits

Choose the structure that maximizes your earning potential:

• $1,000–$1,500 Daily Guarantee
  OR

• 40–45% of Production (Whichever is Greater)

Ideal Candidate

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Board-certified or board-eligible Pediatric Dentist preferred

• Active Michigan Dental License (or eligibility)

• Patient-focused, team-oriented, and comfortable in a multi-doctor setting

Experienced General Dentists who confidently treat pediatric patients are encouraged to apply if pediatric coverage becomes urgent.
