New Patient Coordinator ( Clinical / Clerical )

Are you looking for a stable, high-standard office that values patient care and work–life balance? Our practice, focused on TMJ dysfunction, snoring, and sleep apnea treatments, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Treatment Coordinator to join our team. 

Schedule 

Patient care days: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM

We welcome candidates with dental/medical assisting, front desk experience, and/or sales experience who are interested in an exciting career. While the TMJ and sleep disorder field is unique, we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Manage all aspects of new patient communication, including initial incoming calls, appointment scheduling, reminders, and follow-up with patients and providers 

• Conduct new patient visits, including health history intake, patient education, and explanation of recommended treatment 

• Discuss insurance, fees, and financing options; Process payments 

• Track practice metrics and maintain reports and spreadsheets 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Front desk/clerical, clinical, and/or sales experience required 

• PA X-ray certification preferred but not required 

• Proficient in practice management software (Dentrix is ideal) & Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) 

• Strong interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales/patient education skills 

• Organized, detail-oriented, confident, and positive team player 

Job Type: Full-time 
Pay: $20.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
