(In-Home Support – Mental Health & Addiction Recovery)
Recovery Consultants | Flexible Schedule | W2 Employment
Recovery Consultants is hiring compassionate, reliable individuals to provide in-home recovery and mental health support as a Recovery Companion.
This is a non-clinical, one-on-one support role providing companionship, supervision, transportation, structure, and accountability for clients navigating addiction and mental health challenges.
We are not a gig platform. We are a mission-driven team committed to providing high-level, ethical, relationship-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Provide in-home supervision and supportive companionship
- Transport and accompany clients to medical appointments, therapy, recovery meetings, errands, and activities
- Support daily routines (meals, hygiene reminders, structure, planning)
- Observe clients taking prescribed medications (no administration)
- Reinforce accountability with scheduling and commitments
- Report safety concerns and respond appropriately in emergencies
What We’re Looking For
- 21+ years old
- Reliable transportation or comfort using public transportation/rideshare
- Strong emotional intelligence and professional communication skills
- Comfortable working inside clients’ homes
- Ability to work flexible or extended shifts
- Experience in Relapse Prevention
