Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- 2-6 years’ experience in Employment litigation
- Skilled arguing motions
- Participate in depositions and trial preparation
- Actively participate in negotiating settlements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Member of the CA bar in good standing
