Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Phlebotomy/Processing Supervisor, provides blood specimens for diagnoses and accession specimens by drawing blood from patients and performing data collection and entry.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
graduate of a Certified Phlebotomy Program preferred

Experience
Three or more years of phlebotomy experience with a minimum of one year at Emerson Hospital required.

Licensure and/or Certification
None required

Skills
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Computer skills.
Ability to maintain confidential information.
