Our client is seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee construction projects in and around the Dallas Forth Worth Texas area. As a Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality and safety. 

The right candidate will have experience with ground up greenfield projects, supporting mission critical construction.  Projects include but are not limited to Data Centers, Healthcare, Power Plants, or Telecommunication builds.  If you have experience working and leading teams in this realm, we urge you to apply. 

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Review and interpret blueprints and architectural designs
• Coordinate installation and preventive maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and general repair standards
• Estimate project costs, conduct inspections, and oversee subvendors work
• Perform safety standups and spearhead/enforce all safety activities

Required Skills:

• Construction Management experience
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and architectural designs
• Strong background in subvendor management
• Successful track completing project on time and within budget
• Mission critical construction experience
• Ability to conduct inspections and ensure quality and saftey on job sites

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary Expecation including profitability bonus: $140,000 - $170,000+
