EXPERIENCE: 4 TO 10+ YEARS

A Senior, I would expect 10 years of automation knowledge and 3+ years of Playwright experience.

A Medium should have 6 years of automation, 2 years of Playwright

A Junior has 4 years of automation and 1 year of Playwright

We're kind of leaning towards 1 senior and 1 junior with the idea that we also have 2 people on the team (probably both being Medium based on the definition above).

This would give us a good mix of knowledge & skills and also be able to get things done quickly since all 4 would be hands-on.

Playwright with Typescript is the primary.

We do use TestRail for test case management, but that isn't a hard tool to pick up.

All the test code will be stored in GitLab . Oh, and Allure reporting - that's all the tools I can think of that we're leveraging on this effort so far.
