Commerical Bldg Maintenance - HVAC a plus

Flatley Management Company a leader in commercial real estate management is seeking a full-time, Monday -Friday schedule, Maintenance Technician to join our team in performing the daily operations of commercial buildings and grounds.

Qualified Candidate:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 2 years minimum experience

· Dependable and self-motivated

· Hands-on experience diagnosing and minor repairs to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems a plus

· Professional appearance and friendly

· Basic clerical and computer skills

Position Requirements

· Daily interaction with tenants and contractors

· Hands on maintenance, repair work, and snow removal

· Assess and complete tenant maintenance requests or make recommendations for repair

· Overtime when required

· Work closely with Property Manager and contractors to ensure satisfaction of tenants
