Bookkeeper

Yellowstone Local is proud to represent The Perfect Light, an established leader in specialty lighting and electrical services.

This is a full-time Bookkeeper opportunity for someone who enjoys organized financial work, consistent processes, and being a trusted part of the day-to-day operations of a growing business. This role supports The Perfect Light and is positioned within their Premier Lighting business.

• Annual salary range of $55,000 to $75,000, based on experience

• Full-time schedule, 5 days per week

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions, including invoices, expenses, receipts, and payments

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Perform bank, credit card, and account reconciliations

• Support month-end and year-end close processes

• Track inventory and assist with inventory-related accounting

• Prepare basic financial reports and support budgeting activities

• Maintain organized financial documentation and records

• Previous experience in a bookkeeping or accounting support role

• Working knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable

• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar systems

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Solid organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with internal teams

• Experience in service-based, construction, electrical, or lighting-related industries is helpful but not required
