• $25$35/hr, depending on your experience and certifications

• Full-time, steady hours: MondayFriday, 8 am4 pm

• On-call and weekend shifts are required when needed, but not the norm

• Bonus opportunities after 1 year, based on your performance and the revenue you help bring in

• Company vehicle after probation period

• Fuel card provided once youre rolling in the company truck

• Perform service and installation of HVAC-R systems across residential and commercial properties

• Based out of Hazelwood, MO, and servicing a 30-mile radius

• Troubleshoot, repair, and install HVAC-R equipment efficiently and accurately

• Represent the company professionally and communicate clearly with customers

• Be ready to jump in on on-call and weekend shifts when necessary

• 35 years of professional HVAC-R experience, including installs and service

• EPA Certification

• Valid Drivers License

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and communicate well with customers and team

• Willing to work occasional on-call and weekend shifts when needed
