Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage financial operations and oversee the preparation of financial statements
• Implement internal controls to ensure compliance with regulations
• Utilize Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to maintain accurate financial records
• Conduct financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making
• Maintain the general ledger and perform financial modeling
• Maximize return on financial assets by establishing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems
• Guide financial decisions by monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures
• Provide leadership in driving financial results, including cost performance and cash flow optimization
• Oversee reporting requirements such as financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting
• Manage manufacturing accounting systems, including standard cost setting, variance analysis, inventory accuracy, internal controls, and ERP system integrity
• Protect assets through robust internal controls and audit processes
• Optimize cash management by minimizing bank balances and making strategic investments
• Prepare and monitor budgets, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions
• Recruit, train, and manage financial staff; provide coaching and performance evaluations
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and strategic plans

Required Skills:

• CPA certification
• Experience in financial reporting and analysis
• Strong budget forecasting skills
• Knowledge of business administration principles
• Ability to develop and implement financial strategies

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Auditing experience
• Knowledge of payroll processes

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $80,000
