Digital Endpoint Support Engineer

We are seeking an Endpoint Management Technician to support and maintain a modern, multi-OS device environment. This role focuses on device troubleshooting, Intune administration, M365 support, and ticket management within an ITSM platform. The ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable working across multiple operating systems and enterprise tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for endpoints across Windows 11+, macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android.
  • Manage and support devices through Microsoft Intune, including compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployments, and conditional access-related support.
  • Assist with additional endpoint platforms such as SCCM and JAMF (preferred but not required).
  • Support end users with Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and general identity and authentication basics.
  • Resolve issues related to productivity tools, synchronization, file access, and collaboration workflows.
  • Work tickets end-to-end in ServiceNow or a comparable ITSM platform, including triage, documentation, escalation, and fulfillment of service requests.
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and service desk teams to ensure consistent endpoint standards and smooth issue resolution.
  • Maintain clear communication with end users, providing professional and customer-centric support at all times.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, and compliance.
  • Working knowledge of SCCM or JAMF is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 applications and identity fundamentals.
  • Experience working within ServiceNow or another enterprise ITSM platform.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting modern device management (MDM/MAM) environments.
  • Familiarity with conditional access, device health attestation, and Zero Trust principles.
  • Background in enterprise-scale endpoint support.

This is a Contract position based out of Dublin, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
