With an active portfolio of developments, operating properties, and approximately 90 partnerships at any given time, this role offers strong exposure to partnership accounting, investor reporting, and real estate-specific financial operations. This is a permanent role, full-time and on-site role. What You'll Be Doing Manage quarterly full-cycle accounting across ~90 partnerships Prepare quarterly financial statements and supporting schedules Record journal entries and complete bank reconciliations Assist with quarterly close processes Maintain general ledger accounts and financial records Coordinate reporting for multiple banking partners and investors Support A/P and A/R activities, including deposits and invoice processing Maintain audit and tax documentation Prepare 1099s and assist with tax return processes Track active construction projects and related project costs Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable tax standards What Our Client Is Looking For 2+ years of accounting experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field CPA or actively pursuing CPA- preferred, NOT required Strong understanding of journal entries and full-cycle accounting Experience building depreciation schedules in Excel Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Engaged, analytical mindset someone who wants to understand the business behind the numbers Compensation & Benefits $65,000-$75,000 base salary Bonus opportunity Generous benefits package Stable, privately owned company with long-term growth opportunity If you're an early-career accountant looking to specialize in commercial real estate and gain meaningful exposure to partnership and development accounting, apply or message directly to learn more. *********** LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY ************ Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
