This is a highvisibility leadership role responsible for ensuring a productive, professional, and service-oriented environment for both internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of administrative professionals, including workload distribution, performance oversight, and professional development. Maintain a consistent on-site presence to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality support for professional staff. Partner with leadership to implement office initiatives, support change management, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training for administrative staff. Coordinate with building management and facilities teams on office readiness, maintenance, and space planning. Manage office budget, vendor relationships, invoices, monthly reconciliations, and operational expenses. Oversee supply inventory and ensure all common areas remain organized and well-maintained. Engage with professional staff to gather feedback and enhance workflows, communication, and service delivery. Qualifications Bachelors degree strongly preferred; equivalent experience considered. At least 5 years of people-management experience within a professional services environment (legal, accounting, consulting, medical, or similar). Proven ability to coach and develop teams, resolve conflict, and maintain trust. Experience managing office operations, budgeting, facilities, and vendor interactions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
