Pristine Rehab Care, LLC (Diamond Bar, CA) needs Occupational Therapists: Conduct evaluation, design individualized treatment plans & goals, implement intervention strategies, provide skills training, prepare attendance and daily progress notes, coordinate w/ other team members, attend IRP meetings & discuss levels & goals for clients. Occupational Therapist I (MS Degree salary: $114,275.00/yr.); Occupational Therapist II (BS + 5 yrs. exp. salary: $129,293.00/yr.); Occupational Therapist III (BS Degree + 2 yrs. exp. salary: $114,275.00/yr.), In lieu of a BS or foreign equivalent in OT or rltd., the employer will accept two (2) addl. yrs. of work exp. Speech Language Pathologists: Needed for screening, evaluation, diagnosis & therapeutic intervention of Speech & Language Disorders. Speech Language Pathologist I (MS salary: $109,928.00/yr.); Speech Language Pathologist II (BS + 5 yrs. exp. salary: $127,608.00/yr.); Speech Language Pathologist III (BS + 2 yrs. exp. salary: $109,928.00/year), In lieu of a BS or foreign equivalent in SLP or rltd., the employer will accept two (2) addl. yrs. of work exp. All positions require travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites w/in California only reqd.
