The Change Management Specialist will support largescale, highly technical transformation initiatives. This consultant will play a key role in helping organizations navigate change associated with SDLC implementations, platform modernization, and complex technology transformations, ensuring stakeholders are prepared, engaged, and supported throughout the transition. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational change management (OCM) expertise, experience working alongside technical delivery teams, and the ability to operate effectively in regulated, highimpact environments.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with program, product, engineering, and change leaders to develop learning strategies that support SDLC implementations and technology transformation initiatives

  • Conduct learning needs assessments tied to new systems, tools, platforms, and ways of working

  • Design and develop rolebased learning assets, including:

  • Instructorled and virtual training

  • Elearning and microlearning content

  • Job aids, playbooks, and reference materials

  • Translate technical concepts (e.g., SDLC processes, DevOps practices, platform changes) into clear, consumable learning experiences

  • Support learning deployment, facilitation, and adoption measurement across impacted teams

  • Collaborate closely with change management, communications, and delivery teams to ensure learning aligns to broader transformation goals

  • Track learning effectiveness and continuously iterate based on feedback and program outcomes

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational transformation, or consulting environments
  • Demonstrated experience supporting SDLC initiatives and/or highly technical transformations (e.g., system builds, platform modernization, DevOps, cloud, or infrastructure programs)
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
  • Ability to translate complex technical changes into clear impacts for diverse stakeholder groups
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Comfortable working independently and with a team
  • Consulting experience supporting large, crossfunctional transformation programs
  • Experience working in regulated, risksensitive, or compliancedriven environments
  • Familiarity with coordinating change efforts alongside learning and training workstreams
  • Experience supporting geographically distributed teams

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the hourly pay range is $62 to $74/HR depending on experience. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The hourly pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
