Assistant Administrator

Ellicott Center is seeking a highly motivated individual interested in a rewarding career in long-term care. As an Assistant Administrator, you will work closely with the Licensed Administrator and leadership team to support daily operations and help manage the facility.

This is a great opportunity for candidates interested in pursuing a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license , offering hands-on experience and exposure to long-term care operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Licensed Administrator in all aspects of nursing home management

• Support administrative and operational functions

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required

• 2+ years of management experience (SNF experience preferred, not required)

• Computer literate and able to learn new software
