POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Manager, Enterprise Sales Analytics leads an enterprise-focused analytics team delivering executive-ready sales insights for Global, Americas, and Business Unit leadership. The team is currently scoped to address priority enterprise analytics needs and operates in close coordination with global reporting teams. The role is designed to scale as business complexity and demand for enterprise-level sales analytics grow.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enterprise & Executive Sales Analytics
    • Lead the development and delivery of enterprise-level sales insights and executive reporting for Global, Americas, and Business Unit leaders.
    • Ensure executive analytics are accurate, consistent, and aligned across global and regional reporting views.
    • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, decision-ready narratives for senior leadership.
  • Global Reporting Coordination
    • Coordinate with global reporting teams and dataset owners to align enterprise metrics, assumptions, and presentation standards.
    • Partner with Business Unit and regional stakeholders to ensure enterprise analytics appropriately reflect local business realities.
    • Act as a point of integration across reporting efforts to reduce duplication and inconsistency at the executive level.
  • Advanced Analytical Problem Solving
    • Lead complex analytical efforts involving ambiguous requirements, incomplete data, or competing stakeholder perspectives.
    • Apply sound judgment and analytical rigor to evaluate tradeoffs, surface risks, and recommend appropriate analytical approaches.
    • Pressure-test insights and conclusions prior to executive consumption.
  • Analytical Rigor & Attention to Detail
    • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of enterprise analytics through validation, reconciliation, and review.
    • Identify and resolve inconsistencies across pipeline, bookings, shipments, and performance views before insights are shared.
    • Clearly communicate data limitations, assumptions, and risks associated with enterprise analyses.
  • People Leadership & Development
    • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing analytics team aligned to business priorities.
    • Set clear expectations for analytical rigor, executive readiness, and professional judgment.
    • Develop team capability to support future growth in enterprise analytics scope and complexity.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in a quantitative or technical field.
  • 8-10 years of progressive analytics experience, including emerging people leadership responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering executive-level analytics and insights.
  • Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Proficiency with enterprise analytics and visualization tools, including Sigma, Python, Snowflake, and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, enterprise-scale analytical environments with strong attention to detail.
