As a Client Service Representative, you are often the very first and last interaction a client has with our hospital. You are the steady, compassionate presence in moments of fear and uncertainty. You are not “just the front desk.” You are the heartbeat of the client experience.

Your Role as a Client Service Representative (CSR) As a CSR at EVCC, you are the bridge between our medical team and the families we serve. You help create clarity in chaos, provide empathy in stressful moments, and ensure the hospital runs smoothly from the front lines.Whether you’re new to veterinary medicine or bringing years of experience, our CSRs are the backbone of our EVCC team. If you love animals and enjoy helping people, this is an opportunity to build a meaningful, long-term career in veterinary medicine.

- Help clients understand and navigate financial options

- Coordinate with referring veterinarians and expedite medical records
- Accurately input client and patient information
- Process payments and maintain detailed records
- Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Ensure clients leave with clarity, confidence, and a positive experience
This role requires emotional intelligence, resilience, organization, and heart.
QUALIFICATIONS- 2+ years of experience in a client service role
- Lead or supervisory experience preferred
- Previous veterinary experience is a bonus, but not required
- Advanced proficiency in computer programs and practice management software
- Ability to remain calm and compassionate in high-stress situations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
