Our Dining Room Supervisors play a key role in creating exceptional Member experiences while supporting daily operations. Youll lead by example on the floor, ensuring service standards are met, team members are supported, and Members receive the attentive, personalized service that makes Tartan Fields special.

Supervise and support servers and service staff during shifts
Lead pre-shift meetings and communicate daily priorities
Ensure high standards of service and hospitality are maintained
Assist with floor management and table service as needed
Support training and development of team members
Handle Member requests and resolve concerns professionally
Monitor dining room flow and service efficiency
Communicate clearly with kitchen and bar teams
Ensure dining areas and service stations are clean and organized
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Uphold club policies and service standards
Help create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience

Previous serving or restaurant experience required
Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
