Position Overview

As a Lighting Installer, you will play a critical role in executing high-quality landscape, architectural, holiday, and event lighting installations. This position includes on-site installation work as well as warehouse responsibilities to support project preparation and organization.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in an active work environment and understands the importance of professionalism when working on client properties.

Qualifications

Required:

• Clean driving record
• Ability to safely drive a truck with a trailer
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces)
• Strong work ethic and reliability

Preferred:

• Minimum 2 years of lighting installation experience (landscape, architectural, or holiday lighting preferred)
• Experience operating ladders and lifts
• Familiarity with LED systems and low-voltage lighting

• Power tools (drills, impact drivers, saws)
• Cable testers
• Labeling tools
• Basic cable dressing and wire management
• Accurate use of a tape measure
• Safe ladder and lift operation

Safety & Work Standards

• Proper use of PPE (gloves, safety glasses, hard hats as required)
• Maintaining clean and organized job sites
• Identifying and addressing trip hazards
• Practicing ladder safety
• Knowing when to ask for assistance
• Following supervisor instructions
