Position Summary

Allphase Restoration is seeking a detail-oriented, driven Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential reconstruction projects from start to finish. In this role, you will manage timelines, budgets, and subcontractors; support homeowners through the insurance process; and ensure consistent quality and safety standards across every job.

This position is ideal for someone with construction or restoration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys owning outcomes from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight & Execution
  • Manage all phases of residential reconstruction projects-from scope and planning through completion and closeout.
  • Ensure projects meet quality standards, safety expectations, and schedule commitments.
  • Conduct regular job site visits to monitor progress, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.
  • Identify risks early and resolve issues quickly to keep projects moving forward.

Estimating, Budgeting & Scope Management
  • Prepare accurate estimates that capture the full scope of work using digital tools and available job documentation.
  • Track budgets, change orders, and cost impacts to support profitability and billing accuracy.
  • Ensure scope alignment between field conditions, customer expectations, and insurance guidelines.

Scheduling & Team Coordination
  • Coordinate schedules and deliverables with internal departments, field teams, and subcontractors.
  • Plan and adjust timelines to maintain workflow efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Communicate needs, updates, and roadblocks clearly to leadership and team members.

Customer & Stakeholder Communication
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the reconstruction process.
  • Guide customers through insurance-related steps, documentation needs, and project expectations.
  • Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and partners to maintain smooth execution.

Safety & Quality Standards
  • Promote and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, subcontractors, customers, and job sites.
  • Maintain high standards for professionalism, job site cleanliness, and customer experience.

Qualifications

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, project management, or a related field preferred.

Experience
  • 1-2 years in construction, restoration, plumbing, water mitigation, or carpentry preferred.
  • Proven experience managing residential reconstruction and/or restoration projects.

Skills & Tools
  • Strong leadership, organization, and ability to manage multiple active projects.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Proficient with estimating and project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Other Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability.
