Job Title: Administrative Assistant 2 Department: EHE | Human Sciences Administration

Job Description:

The part-time clinic administrative staff member will play a key role in the daily operations of the OSU CFT Clinic. This position supports the clinics mission by ensuring smooth administrative processes, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment for clients, students, faculty, and stakeholders.

The administrative staff member will have the following duties:

Client Services and Communication Management (60%) Support client intake and scheduling processes. Provide information about clinic services and policies. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Respond to inquiries from prospective and current clients. Manage email, phone, and in-person communications professionally and promptly.

Clinic Operations Support (30%) Assist in the coordination and monitoring of daily clinic activities. Support staff duties to ensure timely and efficient service delivery. Maintain organized records and documentation in compliance with clinic protocols, state/federal laws and regulations, and university policies. Collaborate with clinical and academic staff to support student training and client care. Work effectively with a diverse population of students, clients, faculty, and stakeholders.

Community Engagement and Outreach (10%) Represent the clinic at community events, outreach activities, and university functions as needed. Provide accurate and professional information about clinic services to prospective clients and stakeholders both on-site and off-site. Support marketing and visibility efforts by assisting with event coordination and public-facing communications.

Additional Information:

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Certification or vocational training may be preferred. 1 year of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
