We are a privately owned, high-end orthodontic practice serving a concierge-level clientele in Los Angeles. Our office is technology-driven, with 99% Invisalign patients and Blue Diamond provider status. We utilize advanced systems including iTero scanners and CBCT imaging to deliver exceptional, modern care.

• $25$35 per hour , based on experience (negotiable)

Full-Time Position

• Monday Friday
• One Saturday per month (team-coordinated)
• • No Saturdays in June, July, August, or December

Office Hours:

• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM 1:00 PM

• Assist the doctor during orthodontic procedures (primarily removable expanders and Invisalign cases)
• Maintain smooth patient flow (2530 patients per day)
• Prepare and manage digital records and treatment planning
• Communicate professionally with patients via phone, text, and in person
• Deliver a true concierge-level patient experience
• Ensure sterilization, organization, and overall clinical excellence
• Collaborate closely with a small, high-functioning team

• OA, DA, or RDA license preferred
• Experience in a dental or orthodontic office preferred; new graduates and motivated trainees welcome
• Proficiency with iTero scanner technology
• Highly organized, articulate, and professional demeanor
• Strong written communication skills
• Long-term mindset we are building careers, not short-term placements
• Must live within approximately 58 miles of Los Angeles, CA 90067, or have a reasonable commute
