Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active Missouri State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• 1 year of PT experience is Required
• LTC or Rehab experience is Required
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility
• Shift: Days
• Days: M-F
• Shift Length: 8 hours
• Start Time: Before 6 AM and no later than 10 AM
• Weekend Requirement: No Weekends
