  • Victoria's Secret
  • Reynoldsburg, Ohio
  • Full Time

Description

  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant UX design work is required. Candidates should be prepared to provide a link or copy upon request.*

Your Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Content Designer to craft clear, consistent, and inclusive product content that helps our customers accomplish their goals with confidence. In this role, you'll define and deliver the language and content structures that make our digital experiences usable, trustworthy, and on-brand. You will partner closely with product managers, designers, researchers, engineers, legal, and brand teams to turn complex problems into simple, empathetic guidance-anchored in evidence and aligned to business outcomes.

You will operate at both the systems and journey levels, shaping voice and tone guidelines, reusable content patterns, nomenclature, and taxonomy that scale across brands and products. At this level, driving alignment across teams of teams and influencing strategic direction through insight, narrative, and measurable impact will be core to your success.

We support product teams building configurable features and capabilities that continually enhance the end-user experience and business performance. We do this by:

  • Understanding the motivations, behaviors, and unmet needs of our millions of customers-and translating those insights into clear, helpful, and humane content
  • Collaborating with business, brand, and technology partners to align platforms, capabilities, and processes to a shared content vision
  • Advocating for clarity, coherence, and continuity across the journey-prioritizing learnability, efficiency, memorability, and desirability
  • Operating within a Lean/Agile approach that allows us to validate assumptions, launch incrementally, and learn quickly
  • In addition, how we define and govern content is as important as what we publish. Content Designers are expected to advocate for, and contribute to, a systems-based methodology that supports configurability, customization, and specialization of reusable content components-enabling scalability, consistency, and quality across multi-tenant implementations.

Why You Belong Here

At Victoria's Secret & Co, you'll join a world-leading specialty retail brand recognized globally for innovation and excellence in lingerie and fashion. You'll work alongside industry leaders to set the standard for what a retail brand can achieve, placing customers at the center of everything we do to create products and experiences that bring them joy.

We believe everyone deserves a place where they truly belong. We celebrate individuality and know that your passion, experience, and unique perspective strengthen our team and business. Here, you'll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.

  • Develop reusable content patterns and nomenclature within our design system (e.g., error frameworks, form field guidance, CTA taxonomy, naming conventions) to support multi-tenant, configurable implementations
  • Partner with Research to shape hypotheses, test content, synthesize insights (comprehension, readability, sentiment), and evolve strategies based on evidence
  • Use data and analytics (conversion, task success, search behavior, readability) to evaluate content effectiveness and refine direction; define content-specific success metrics
  • Collaborate with UX Design, Front-End and Back-End Engineering, Legal, and Brand to ensure content decisions are feasible, compliant, and consistent with platform capabilities
  • Lead cross-functional workshops to clarify problem spaces, align on terminology, and establish shared definitions of success
