We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Springfield, IL. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, which may include simple, surgical, and full mouth procedures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: July 6, 13, 20, 27
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-3p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Surgical Extractions
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 3 DA, 1 RDH

Requirements

• Active Illinois dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
