Promotions Director

88.3 The JOY FM is looking for a Promotions Director to oversee the local promotional efforts of our radio ministry in the Central Savannah River Area. 

Responsibilities include: 
-Managing local station contests 
-Maintaining the promotional item inventory 
-Scouting and scheduling events for station involvement 
-Gathering and preparing supplies for station events 
-Recruiting, training and managing the JOY Crew street team and serving with them at station events 
-Creating meaningful relationships with community partners 

A love for people and enthusiasm for ministry are required for this position. You must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. The ideal candidate will also have experience in the field of promotions and marketing. A college degree in communications, marketing or public relations is desired. This position requires a high level of organizational skills and thorough attention to detail. Some nights and weekends will be required.
