Regional Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Outside Sales Representatives
• Own and grow a personal sales territory; spend ~90% of time in the field
• Build strong relationships with commercial roofing contractors, distributors, and partners
• Identify new opportunities, negotiate pricing, and close business
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs
• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and supply chain teams
• Represent the company at industry events, open houses, and contractor meetings

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 10+ years of Roofing industry sales experience
• Proven success as both a sales leader and individual contributor
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience using CRM tools and sales analytics
• Willingness to travel extensively within the region
