If you are an experienced HVAC Technician who takes pride in diagnosing problems accurately and fixing them right the first time, this is where your skills finally get the respect they deserve.

• Hourly pay : $30 to $45 per hour plus performance based incentive bonuses

• Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with rotating Saturdays

• On call rotation that is fairly distributed for emergency service calls

• Serve residential and light commercial customers within a 20 mile radius of Southampton, Pennsylvania, including Camden and Bensalem

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini split systems

• Perform HVAC maintenance, inspections, seasonal tune ups, and system repairs

• Provide clear and honest solutions based on customer needs

• Replace and install HVAC components according to manufacturer specifications and local code

• Maintain accurate service records and time logs

• Keep your company vehicle and tool inventory organized and job ready

• Participate in rotating Saturday shifts and on call service when scheduled

• 6 to 10 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience

• Active EPA Certification

• OSHA Certification is a plus

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical HVAC system issues

• Clear and professional communication with customers and team members

• Valid drivers license

• Willingness to work a Monday through Friday schedule with rotating Saturdays and scheduled on call shifts
