Regional Account Manager ( Hybrid ) - Midwest

Are you passionate about supporting first responders in an emergency? SecureTech Systems is a leading manufacturer of the WAVE Plus instant notification system. The WAVE Plus system is designed to enhance law enforcement's response capabilities in an emergency. We are looking for Regional Account Managers to build and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies and security personnel, providing tailored solutions to meet their specific needs.

You will be working with Sheriff's Officers, Judges, and Security Directors to help improve the security solution in their facilities.

Your territory will include a four state area with the opportunity to service new and existing customers. Leads are generated at statewide Sheriffs' Association shows and other conventions as well as by existing cutomers.

Your package will include base salary, commission, and travel expenses.

Main Responsibilities:

• Connect with potential and existing clients in your assigned region;
• Represent the company at industry events and conventions to boost sales;
• Plan and carry out weekly travel routes independently;
• Follow up persistently with prospects until closing the sale;
• Achieve and surpass sales targets consistently;
• Ensure customer satisfaction through post-installation follow-ups;
• Provide regular updates and reports on your territory.

Required Skills:

• Background in military, law enforcement, or successful experience in B2B/B2G sales of security equipment;
• Clean Driver's License;
• No Criminal Record;
• Texas Resident;
• Willingness to travel within your region with up to 80% of time spent away from home.
• Experience with radios is preferable, but not required.
