As the General Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive business growth in a fast-paced environment.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Oversee food quality and consistency to meet company standards
• Lead restaurant management team in achieving goals and objectives
• Ensure high quality of service and guest satisfaction
• Maintain ServSafe certification and uphold food safety and sanitation standards

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in restaurant operations and management
• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality guest service
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development
• Knowledge of cost management and financial accountability
• Experience in complaint resolution and customer service
• Guest Relations
• Front of House
• New Restaurant Openings
• Labor Cost Management

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in cash management and reimbursement processes
• Proficiency in interviewing and staffing procedures
• Strong math skills for financial analysis and reporting
• Background in retail or accounting
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Salary and Benefits:

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000.00 to $90,000.00, along with long-term disability coverage and opportunities for career growth within the company.
