Role: Travel LPN/LVN – LTC
Location: Geneva, NY
Duration: 13 Weeks contract
Shift: 8-hour evenings
Schedule: 40 hours per week/5 days in a week

Pay breakdown:

• Hourly rate - $42.00 [$17.00 taxable | $25.00 non-taxable]
• OT rate - $54.60
• Weekly Gross - $1,680.00 [$680.00 taxable | $1,000.00 stipend]

Job Summary:

LPN – Long-Term Care (LPN – LTC)
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a Long-Term Care (LTC) facility provides compassionate nursing care to residents under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN is responsible for monitoring residents’ health, administering medications, documenting care, and supporting overall comfort and well-being in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.

Requirements:                                              

• Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience - Required
• 1 year of recent LTC experience - Required
• Travel experience - Required
• NY state license - Required
• AHA – BLS certification - Required
• No locals/50 miles radius rule
