Experienced Litigation Attorney

Gorwing southern Saratoga County litigation firm is seeking an experienced full-time Litigation Associate. Areas of practice include civil rights, employment law and municipal litigation before federal and state courts.  Applicants must be admitted to practice in New York and have a minimum of three (3) years of relevant or translatable legal experience.  Strong research and writing skills, as well as meaningful connections to the region are also important.  Experience conducting depositions and admission to federal court(s) are a plus.  Competitive salary is commensurate with experience, with a floor of 90K, in addition to benefits (e.g.,PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, IRA, cell phone, CLE reimbusement, etc.) Qualified candidates should submit their resume, cover letter and a list of professional references.
