Front Desk Administrative Specialist

HOURS

• Required to work 40 hours per week, includes Saturday.

• Overtime is not expected, but may be required occasionally.

• May be required to work Holidays and evenings.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 18 years old

• Valid Washington State Driver's License.

• Prior experience in administration, customer service, collections or basic finance.

• Must have a pleasant attitude and appropriate office attire.

• Must be able to multitask and detail-oriented.

• Microsoft office experience preferred.

• Quickbooks Desktop experience preferred.

• Required to sign a non-disclosure confidentiality agreement

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Read and become knowledgeable about Park Rules, By-Laws, and Tribal agreement.

• Process customer payments daily.

• Answer member questions and concerns in person/phone, transfer appropriately.

• Provide new member overview.

• Make collection calls on customer accounts that are overdue.

• Process Park required permits.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records on a daily basis.

• Issue proper credentials to members.

• Scan all documents daily.

• Assist members with questions regarding septic and days in park used.

• Other duties as assigned.
