Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a DocuSign Administrator to join their team. As a DocuSign Administrator, you will be part of the Business Support team supporting the Document Digitization program. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to process improvement, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: DocuSign Administrator
Location: Johnston, RI - Onsite role
Duration: 8 months with the possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Range: $65/Hr on W2

What's the Job?

  • Administer and configure DocuSign eSignature and CLM platforms, including user management, permissions, templates, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain standardized, data-driven templates to streamline document generation and execution processes.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to ensure data models and integration patterns follow organizational standards.
  • Lead governance activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and deployment following compliance and audit protocols.
  • Partner with departmental SMEs to map workflows, gather requirements, and implement cross-functional digitization initiatives.

What's Needed?

  • Hands-on experience administering DocuSign eSignature and/or CLM platforms, with a strong understanding of templates and permissions.
  • Knowledge of data models, integrations, and testing/validation processes, with the ability to work effectively with architects and QA teams.
  • Proven skills in process design, including creating process flows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating platform capabilities into practical guidance for users.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment, following formal change management procedures.
