Associate Dentist Needed- Lexington, KY

Office hours: Monday through Thursday 8-4 and 1 Friday a month 8-2 no evenings, no weekends.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

1+ year of experience as an Associate Dentist, preferred but not required.

Hold an active Kentucky state dental license and DEA

Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans for enhanced patient care

Diagnose and treat various dental issues, including cosmetic and restorative needs

Collaborate with a highly skilled team to maintain a positive work environment

Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

Display adaptability and eagerness to learn and integrate new techniques

Maintain a solid understanding of dental procedures, tools, and diagnostics

Eager to learn great communication skills and constantly improve.

Compensation:

Guaranteed daily minimum to convert to 30-35% of net collections
