United Dental Partners is seeking a General Dentist for our practice, located in Arlington Heights, IL to treat kids and adults. The opportunity includes generous daily rate plus adjusted production bonus and robust benefits. This practice is a PPO/Medicaid practice.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from accredited dental school
• Valid IN state dental license
