Brown & Brown is seeking a Mechanical Warranty Administrator to join our growing team in Westminster, CO!

The Mechanical Technician provides technical support and excellent customer service by assisting consumers and repair shops with automotive repair, roadside, battery, and tire claims. This role requires a solid understanding of mechanical repair processes, accurate claim entry, clear communication of coverage details, and professional claim adjudication. The Technician ensures a positive customer experience through effective inbound and outbound calls, collaboration with repair facilities, and reliable handling of warranty benefits.

How You Will Contribute:

  • Answer incoming phone calls on assigned programs

  • Accurately enter claim information in electronic databases

  • Effectively communicate and understand program coverages

  • Adjudicate claims based on coverage limits

  • Make outbound calls to ensure consumer needs are met

  • Work directly with shops to help consumers receive their warranty benefits

Licenses & Certifications:

  • ASE or manufacturer certifications (Preferred)

Skills & Experience to be Successful:

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Proficient computer skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French) (Preferred)

  • Understanding of automotive repairs, shop procedures, diagnostic information, and tires.

  • Background in the automotive industry: this could be previous employment as a technician, service advisor, parts person, or automotive warranty administrator.

Pay Range

$21 - $21 Hourly

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
